Nibbana

Nibbana
"Nibbanam parama sukham"
Nibbana is the 3rd noble truth ,Nibbana is the goal of all , it is the truth anybody agree or not .Lord Buddha's teaching is full of perfectly  logical, but nibbana is beyond logic.it is lokottara dhamma; beyond to perceived by  logic, only gotrabhu jnana perceives the nibbana, nibbana is beyond to explain or to say. no voice or words or sentences,or books explain the nibbana,it is beyond to body or mind, beyond to sences, and beyond to samadhi,  it is beyond to all lokas(existence planes), the more we explain the nibbana the more hearer get confused , it is realised by only by self or those who in lokottara path.

some says nibbana is empiness(shunya) because it is empty by greed, hatred, and ignorance, not only that it is beyond to all conditions. for all things there are 3 states that is arising, existing, and decaying, that means changing, but nibbana is beyond to this states,so it is beyond to states or change. some says nibbana is signless because it has no signs of greed, hatred or delusion, some says nibbana is appanihito means it is beyond to all desires ,thoughts, feeling etc.
nibbana can be realized, it is immortal, infinite, beyond to conditions, beyond to compare, the highest, noblest, ultimate.
Nibbana can be make known  negatively like thus:

  • Nibbana is completely free from suffering
  • Nibbana is completely free from  ego
  • Nibbana is completely free from greed
  • Nibbana is completely free from hatred
  • Nibbana is completely free from delusion or ignorance
  • Nibbana is completely free from defilement
  • Nibbana is completely free from birth
  • Nibbana is completely free from attachments
  • Nibbana is completely free from existence
  • Nibbana is completely free from formation
  • Nibbana is unarising
  • Nibbana is unbirth
  • Nibbana is unconditioned
  • Nibbana is unobstructed
  • Nibbana is neither earth nor water nor wind nor fire nor light nor darkness nor space
  • Nibbana is not the states of mind which is arising and dissolve
  • Nibbana is fearlessness
  • Nibbana is free from bondage
  • Nibbana is neither death or living eternal
  • Nibbana is neither heaven or Brahma state
  • nibbana is neither supreme god or association of god or Brahma
  • Nibbana is neither atma saakshatkara (soul realisation)nor brahmanubhava( brahma realisation) it is beyond to this kinds of samadhis.
  • there is no atma(soul) or paramatma (god) in nibbana because these are all just theories or misconceptions

Nibbana can be describe positively like thus:

  • Nibbana is supreme happiness
  • Nibbana is unchanging
  • Nibbana is auspicious
  • Nibbana is supreme welfare
  • Nibbana is unique
  • Nibbana is immortal
  • Nibbana is infinite

  • Nibbana is indwelling
  • Nibbana is imperishable
  • Nibbana is purest
  • Nibbana is beyond to universe
  • Nibbana is emancipation
  • Nibbana is peace
  • Nibbana is supreme calmness

once the sariputta -the supreme commander of monks says :"friends the complete destruction of greed ,hatred and ignorance , this is itself nibbana."

wisdom of buddhist

Buddhist Bodhi

This blog is dedicated to show the Lord Buddha's teaching in its originality. for the welfare of many and for the happiness of many, to develop ,to purify ,to get  perfect by expressing oneself in  Bodhi way .its means as expressing wholly one's mind.
the Buddhist means who accept the Lord Buddha as one's supreme guide ,the master, the supremely enlightened one, and follow the teaching of Lord Buddha-the Dhamma, and follow the noble order-the Sangha ,who dedicates themselves to walk on Buddha's way , the way of freedom (from defilement of mind).
Bodhi is the  Enlightenment to which Lord Buddha attained  at the foot of Bodhi tree by seeing one's mind.and truth.
